What does $19.99/mo include?
The $19.99 base plan includes every core feature, including property and unit records, tenant record management, rent tracking, maintenance, documents, tenant and vendor portals, and account settings. Email Sync and QuickBooks Sync are optional paid add-ons.
How does tenant record pricing work?
The first 2 retained tenant records are included. Additional records use graduated pricing, so only the records in each bracket are billed at that bracket's rate. With 15 records, 1-2 are included, 3-10 are $5.99 each, and 11-15 are $3.49 each.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing applies a 10% discount to the base plan, additional tenant records, and selected add-ons. The base plan is $215.88 per year, equivalent to $17.99/mo. Use the toggle above the calculator to see the annual total.
How does storage work?
The base plan includes 1 GB of pooled storage. Each additional retained tenant record adds 512 MB to the account's storage allowance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Annual plans remain active through the prepaid term. Account access and data retention after cancellation follow the Terms of Service.
