Why I built Rentals369.
I'm Efraim, and I'm a small landlord with only a few doors. A few doors still means rent to track, repairs to chase, and leases and notices to keep somewhere you can find them, and I wanted a better way to do all of it.
The property management software out there came with bills that were hard to justify for a handful of units. So I built my own: a very basic system that did exactly what I needed for my rentals.
The longer I used it, the more sure I was that plenty of other small landlords are in the same spot. If it worked for my few doors, it could work for theirs, as long as it stayed simple and inexpensive.
