This Privacy Policy explains how Rentals 369 ("Rentals 369," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe, contact support, or use our property management software and related services.
Rentals 369 does not sell personal information. We use information to run the service, support customers, secure accounts, process subscriptions, measure site performance, and provide the features you choose to use.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company or portfolio details, account credentials, subscription selections, support messages, and contact form submissions.
When you use the product, you may add property, unit, tenant, lease, rent, repair, notice, document, photo, vendor, workflow, and related records. You decide what customer data to enter and who to invite into your account.
We also collect technical and usage information, such as browser type, device details, pages visited, referral and campaign parameters, approximate interaction timing, security events, log data, and cookie identifiers.
Subscription checkout and payment processing are handled through Stripe-hosted billing. Rentals 369 receives the billing status, subscription details, invoice records, and payment metadata needed to activate, manage, reconcile, and support your account. We do not store full payment card numbers.
If you connect optional integrations, such as accounting, email, payment, e-signature, or other third-party services, we process the information needed to provide the connected feature. You should connect only accounts you are authorized to use and review each provider's terms and privacy practices.
We use information to provide and secure Rentals 369, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, invite authorized users, run tenant and vendor portals, provide support, communicate service notices, prevent abuse, maintain audit and security records, improve product workflows, measure marketing and site performance, and comply with legal obligations.
We share information with service providers that help us operate Rentals 369, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, security, email delivery, customer support, and optional integration providers. These providers may use information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise allowed by their agreements with us.
We may share information with users you invite or authorize within your Rentals 369 account, such as landlords, managers, tenants, vendors, or support users. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We also use analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and Ahrefs analytics, to understand site usage and whether advertising leads to completed subscriptions. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation unless a different written offer or legal requirement applies. Backup copies and audit records may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
You may update account information in the product where available, contact us for support, unsubscribe from non-essential emails where an unsubscribe option is provided, and manage cookies through your browser or device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses or disclosures and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. If California privacy law applies to your use of Rentals 369, this section supplements the rest of the policy. In the past 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, professional or employment-related information you choose to provide, geolocation derived from IP address, and the contents of records or messages you upload to the service.
We collect this information from you, your authorized users, invited users, connected integrations, service providers, and automatic site or product activity. We use it for the business purposes described above. We do not sell personal information for money or knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
Rentals 369 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will review the request.
