The public website explains the product and links visitors to the secure Rentals369 app. Account creation, login, plan selection, payment method setup for the 14-day trial, billing, dashboards, and private rental records happen inside the app.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the activity that happens through your account, and keeping your login credentials secure.

Use Rentals369 only for lawful rental operations and only with records you are allowed to manage.

You remain responsible for the rental records, files, photos, notices, tenant information, lease information, repair details, and other content you add to Rentals369.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Pricing information is shown on the public website. A payment method is required for the 14-day free trial, and subscription setup happens in the secure Rentals369 app.

The public marketing website does not collect card numbers, host payment forms, create checkout sessions, or run billing logic.

Rentals369 helps organize rental operations. It is not a law firm, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, or property manager.

You are responsible for decisions about leases, notices, rent, repairs, tenant communication, legal compliance, taxes, accounting, and property management obligations.

Rentals369 may update product features, public website content, pricing presentation, account flows, and these terms over time.
